Just Plain Cats Rescue is a 501c3  all cat, not breed specific foster home rescue based in Louisville KY. We pull cats primarily from high kill shelters. We pull these cats to give them a second chance at life. All of out cats will be spayed or neutered, combo tested, and up to date on shots. All of our cats and kittens live in foster homes, we do not have a central location.
